Concussion Clothing & Living a Life of Service

Concussion Clothing & Living a Life of Service

This week on the Heads 'N Tales podcast I interviewed Alex and Kiernan about their "Concussion Clothing" brand that donates 20% of all proceeds to traumatic brain injury charities.  Please support their cause by purchasing a shirt, tank, hoodie or beanie. You can find them at concussionclothingusa.com, on Instagram @concussionclothingusa, Facebook and on Twitter @ConcussedCloUsa .

Gandhi once said "The best way to find yourself is to lose yourself in the service of others".  Alex and Kiernan both talk about how rewarding this company has been for them.  Check out their most recent charitable donation where they bought a helmet for Rashawn who has epilepsy, cerebral palsy, and scoliosis. Because of the seizures, Rashawn needed a soft, fitted helmet to protect his head and brain.  In this episode, I also talk about the benefits of living a life of service through the stories of some of my previous guests and my recent trip to the Working Wounded Games in Washington DC. I met some amazing athletes that will be featured on the podcast in the coming weeks. Below, is video from the 2014 competition that will get your blood pumping!
